Hello Madison County
Not much going on..... Yeah right it's the first of a
new year, that means that the suits that try and make new
laws that make us safer on our motorcycles will be up to new
B.S. And we as Abate Members need to do our part this year
and keep them on their toes, by e-mail, telephone calls,
whatever it take to make our voices heard, and let them know
that we are not going to sit back and take their B.S. We
need to let them know that WE RIDE AND WE WANT TO DECIDE. So
please I ask everyone to stay involved this year, and take a
stand with your Brothers and Sisters and Fight For Your
Rights To Ride.
With that out of the way, we have our Madison County
Anniversary Party coming up on Saturday March 22,2008. And
for those that don't know it is our 10th year anniversary
here in Madison County being a organized County within
Region 9. And it has been no easy task, I should know I was
one of the founding members, I also was the first County
Coordinator here in Madison County, and I've held this
position a few times over the last 10 years, and I still
enjoy my job. And we still operate Madison County with the
same concepts that we started with, is that we felt that
everyone who walked through the doors to a meeting or a
event would be spoke to, treated with respect, treated as a
friend and made to feel that they belonged and had a voice
in decisions. Not many company's or organizations can say
they still work with the same concepts that they were
started with. So we need your input for our party that is
coming upon us very quickly, if you have something you would
like us to do for our big 10 Bash please get with myself or
one of the other officers and let us know.
Don't forget that if you get a little stir crazy this
winter we do have some great business sponsors all you need
to do is look them up in the Outspokin' and go visit them.
Got to go for now, as always bring a guest with you to
the next meeting or event they might just thank you for it.
And here's hoping to see ya at the next meeting or just down
the road somewhere.
Keep Your Knees In The Breeze
